Sometimes, you just need to Stack-Up.
Other times, one event is not enough and you need a stack of Stack-Up, and on April 16, 2016, the California Stacks are ready to deliver a stack of Stack-Up Stack events. They have tried to think of some clever names for this rally, like Stacktopia, Stackopolis, or Stackpril, but they were all pretty terrible — and were all created by CA Director, Bryan “Beardo” Parent, so blame him.
Bet you want to know where all these cornucopias of Stack-Up goodness be taking place in California? The answer is all over, up and down the coast. The stacking-est Stack-Up of Stack-Up days wouldn’t be stackalicious if it were only in one part of the state. If you’re in California read on to see where you can find a Stack-Up event near you.
In San Francisco, veterans and current service members can join California’s Co-Director and Bay Area Stack Lead, Anthony, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Northbay Vet Center for a LAN party. Featured games will be Rockband 4, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 4, Counter Strike: Global Offense, and more. Call Mat at 707-568-3295
to check on space availability. Come out and have some fun.
In Los Angeles, Stack Leader Kat, is hosting a follow-up party to celebrate their clothing collection drive for the Volunteers of America Los Angeles that was held two weeks ago. They’ll be at the Family Arcade by Los Angeles City College at 5:00 PM. Make sure to Grab this Groupon while supplies last to get a great deal on tokens.
And finally, Edwards Air Force Base Co-Leads Seth and Kyle will be hosting a LAN party of their own. Contact Bryan for more details about this on-base event for current service members and veterans.
