Supply Crate – Desperate Flurry 3

It is time to check in with another amazing if somber Supply Crate shipment sent downrange to the troops. This one comes to us from Jaime who is in the army and currently stationed in Afghanistan. Read on below to check out the full request.

My name is Jaime, currently a 1SG for an Infantry Company serving in Afghanistan.  I have several outstations across the country.  A lot of remote outstations, where it can be really boring when you’re off.  Just looking for something to bring morale to my Soldiers other than mail that might get to them a month late. Anything really helps, not too picky.  Thanks, Stack-Up.org for your Support.

Supply Crate

One of the things that never gets old with these requests is seeing how other soldiers lookout for their battle buddies. We sprang into action and stuffed a crate full of gaming goodness for Jaime and his fellow troops. When Jaime received all the gear, it took some time to get his replies back. He emailed in a series of messages that talked about a tragedy that his unit was dealing with.

Just returned from Nangarhar (was there for a lonnnngg time). Anyways, had a shit load of mail and seen the tuff box of Xbox games, etc.  I will have a photo of Soldiers with the gear and send it your way. Thanks again brother for it. Means a lot!
Sorry for the late response with the photo.  We just had a KIA. We had the ramp ceremony a week ago and the memorial yesterday.  We will get it to you asap.  I just arrived back from Kandahar.
Attached is the pic of some of my support Soldiers that are out at an outstation. Thanks again for this. Sorry for the delay as well. It’s just with the KIA we received on July 3. Thanks for everything! It really brought the morale up after our tragedy in our formation.

Words can not express how sorry we are for your loss. We know a gaming console does little to ease the pain, but are glad to hear that it brought some comfort to you and your fellow soldiers at a time when it was needed most.

We here at Stack-Up thank you, and all the troops deployed alongside you, for your sacrifice.

If you’d like to make a donation that gets sent over to our troops as a Supply Crate, Stack-Up takes lightly used PS4, and Xbox One games and gear as well as cash donations. Please help us help these vets out here:
