This past Saturday, Feb the 25th was the St. Louis Community Meetup Powered by Twitch organized by TheSilverFoxe (Kayla), and The Stacks were on hand to represent through our St Loius Stack! The event was held at a place called “The Edge” with theater, gaming, and laser tag arena.
Arriving at the event early, I was greeted by TheSilverFoxe with a hug. From there on it was just an awesome time. Things started off with Laser Tag tournament and a raffle registration.
Once things got underway, people started coming by one after the other asking about Stack-up and how they can get involved. Pizza, cake, and refreshments were available. The organizer, Kayla, TheSilverFoxe even went as far as bringing Sandy (my help at the booth) some chocolate cake. We met with several veterans, streamers, and other sponsors.
The end of the event closed with a raffle giveaway of many many gifts and the tournament winners. Stack-up donated a headset, game code, and other misc Twitch swag. The winner of the headset was very happy. The response that stack-up received from everyone at the event was overwhelming. Great experience, I look forward to future times with Twitch St Louis and TheSilverFoxe!
