Tabletop Supply Crate – Jarrod

Hey, everyone! Once in a while, we get to do something a little different with our Supply Crates. Someone will reach out to us about wanting a special kind of crate for our service members. While we can't do these kinds of crates all the time, if we can help our people out, we do our best to meet their needs. With today's Supply Crate update, we sent out some tabletop games to some Airmen in training limbo, as told in Jarrod's request.

Talked to Dave Crouse, basically due to a large pipeline and limited class space we find that we have a fairly large number of airmen awaiting training, or waiting to here about some sort of job limiting factor. So to alleviate some of the boredom and monotony we wanted to get the student some table top games.

If you've ever been in a position where you were stuck waiting for months at a time to go to your first command or do any training, you probably know what that was like. Some waits are a few weeks to several months. It is the initial experience of the 'hurry up and wait' most service members and Veterans are familiar with.

Dave, at the warehouse, is also an avid tabletop gamer, so he made sure to pack in one of his favorites, Talisman, to send out.

Thanks again, you guys rock!

Thank you for your service, and good luck to you all in training. Keep your chins up, and we hope you have many adventures with those Dungeons and Dragons playbooks.

Jolothebird sponsored this supply crate. He seems like a pretty fun guy to watch, so be sure to check out his channel.
