Back to our Supply Crate update. Today's update came from Navy Veteran Mark. Mark is dealing with some PTSD and thought maybe some games might help him relax as he told us in his request:
A hospital Corpsman was deployed a couple times doing OIF/OEF. I loved my job as a corpsman when I was active duty. Helping others and getting the satisfaction of getting somebody up and running. Currently diagnosed with PTSD and need some recreation console to get my mind to relax.
The Navy often deploys Sailors around the world in different capacities, including the front line. Seems Mark was one such service member. We made sure to pack him up a crate and sent it out to him, and he sent us a reply:
Just received the supply crate. No words can explain the happiness I felt when I opened the box. Thank you so much for the great opportunity and experience.
