Supply Crate – Andrenel

Navy Veteran Andrenel served for 14 years and has been going through a tough time after losing her home. She reached out about getting a console because she wants something to relax with after all that she and her family have been struggling with.

I'm a disabled veteran served for 14 years. I pre-commission the USS Ronald Reagan out of New Port News, Virginia and have been stationed in Norfolk, Virginia, North Island California, Millington Tennessee, and Sasebo Japan. I'm also a mother of 3 children; a 2yr old boy,4 yr old girl, a 10 yr old boy and two fur babies which are my emotional support animals. We have been displaced out of our home since July because my home insurance denied my claim to repair the damage which made our home uninhabitable. After living in a hotel for two months, a family members of five took us into a their two bedroom apartment in September. An organization I am working with find us a home to call our own a week ago. There is nothing more I would like them to receive a console to relax from stressful days and Lord knows I have had too many of those these days.

We're sorry to hear about the loss of Andrenel's home, but glad to hear she has been able to work with another organization to find a new home. A game console can help her family settle in with some fun after all they've been through. We're sure Andrenel and her children will make good use of a Nintendo Switch.
