Supply Crate – Lionel

Coast Guard Veteran Lionel requested a Supply Crate to help with his mental health.

I suffer from PTSD and major depression AND ANXIETY from doing rescuing operations for hurricane katrina. i HAVE nightmares of dead bodies floating and people shooting at our helicopter because we was rescuing another family before them. I know playing games will help with my mental health. I have 100% rating for the va for my mental issues.

Compounding mental health problems can really make life difficult for our Veterans. We hope through providing game consoles and games, we can offer some relief, however briefly or long, so that they can forget all the things bothering them. We sent Lionel a new PS5 for him to get gaming with.
