Supply Crate – Melkeiveus

Air Force Veteran Melkeiveus requested a Supply Crate because he's been struggling with finances, and he's been wanting a game console to play Death Stranding 2.

I don't know if I qualify or not but I thought I'd ask. I don't have a story. I'm a disabled vet with two kids. My fiance left me earlier this year. I'm 6 months behind on mortgage due to need home repairs after the hurricane here in Georgia late last year. And two months ago my son's roof start leaking and I'm trying to get help through a different organization. I'm in my neck in debt and living paycheck to paycheck. But I can't complain other people have it way worst in this world you know and I still have my kids. But I hear you guys provide consoles and I would like a PS5 to play the latest game Death Stranding 2. I've played the first one on PC its a great game. Its a peaceful yet chaotic at times like life maybe that's why I played the first one so many times. And please don't feel sorry for me I know people who got it worst and so I consider myself lucky. So if you have an extra PS5 laying around I'll take it off your hands. But there are people way worst off than me or even currently deployed so just put me at the bottom of the list thanks for reading!!

We want Veterans out there to know: while you feel others have it worse out there, your struggles are still struggles, and it's valid to ask for things and ask for help when you need it. While we often prioritize Supply Crates based on urgency of health, mental and physical, if we could get the funding, we would send a Supply Crate to every Veteran who asks upon receipt of request. At the moment, we have a backlog of requests because funds are limited, and the cost of gaming is rising, but we do our best to get to requests when we can. Melkeiveus waited nearly a year for a Supply Crate, but we got him that PlayStation 5 and plenty of games.

I just want to thank Stack Up! This was really amazing to recieve! As a disabled veteran that seems to be stressed over everything its moments like this that reminds me that there are people and organizations out here that really give to those who served our country! This will not only give me a way to relax but also my sons. My oldest took the pictures and my youngest just wanted me to plug it in already. I'm really grateful for the support and generosity THANK YOU!
