My name is Frederick, a U.S. Army veteran and former Military Police Supervisor who has spent years serving both in uniform and in civilian roles focused on security, crisis intervention, and behavioral health. I’m currently transitioning into the medical field, pursuing a Master’s in Leadership while leveraging my background to support vulnerable populations through healthcare and case management. My wife Vernessa and I live in [redacted], where we’ve built a life centered on resilience, service, and family. We’ve faced our share of challenges—navigating career transitions, managing health goals, and striving for financial independence—but we remain committed to growth and giving back. Gaming has always been a therapeutic outlet for me, helping me decompress from high-stress roles and reconnect with my sense of purpose.
