Supply Crate – Austin

Austin is in the Army and he reached out to request a Supply Crate because he and his company of MPs were in need of a game system for a recreational area they were in the process of creating in their barracks.

We are a military police company that has been “shotgunned” across Baltic states. My squad encompasses 17 MP’s. We are operating on a NATO base as the primary force protection for US Troops on the camp. We have large units rotating through our camp frequently and this leads to major strains to our MWR tent. They’re not capable of sustaining large groups of personnel. In an effort to provide a boost to morale, we are clearing out an area in our barracks to be able to play games and watch movies outside of the MWR.

MWRs have limited resources and availability of stations for gaming and watching shows and movies. When you have a large company of personnel, they can get crowded up pretty quickly with little space for people to hang out. Hopefully with a new console, these soldiers can enjoy some gaming in a comfortable space.
