Supply Crate – Andrew

Army Veteran Andrew requested a Supply Crate to help cope in healthier ways with his PTSD.

Medically retired combat veteran. Served 13 years and had 2 combat deployments which involved a gun truck, Convoy security mission at both locations. I suffered with PTSD and a TBI due to a roadside bomb (IED). My post incident issues make for struggle between myself and my family. Often times anger is a concern for them as they do not know what to expect each day. I need a way to vent bad.

Having a safe outlet to cope with difficult emotions is very important to living with things like PTSD and TBI. While video game consoles are not a fix all solution, they can help as an aid along with medical treatments, leaving an outlet for Veterans like Andrew to use when they just need to distract themselves and process their emotions.
