Getting to send some PCs out to some Veterans has been one of the best results of our Call to Arms LIVE event especially now with PC part prices climbing gradually. We sent a PC out to Brian, a Veteran who, after plenty of struggle is doing much better personally.

Listen to his story in the TikTok below.

I served in Iraq in 2003 with C 3/29 FA, 4ID. I get 100% VA. I got divorced in 2016 and was homeless for a short time. I had to sell most of my stuff to get by, including my computer. Im married again and in a great place now. I would like a computer to get back into PC gaming.

We're glad to hear Brian has been doing better. We hope that by sending him a PC he can enjoy some good gaming and if he tries streaming, we hope he'll share that with us in our Discord.

Thank you for the computer. When I got home from Iraq in 2003 I struggled to find normal. The only constantcy I had in my life with PTSD at the time was gaming. It gave me a way to create my own chaos. I struggled for a time and had to get rid of my computer. Im now in a good place. Getting this computer let's me close the book on that bad time in my life. I can game with my friends and my kids that dont live with me. I think I will even try streaming. I appreciate everything y'all do.

Enjoy the PC, Brian!

AngryVet sponsored Brian's Supply Crate. AngryVet is an Army Veteran and former facebook streamer who dropped a hefty donation to Stack Up at LootFest in 2021 that we are eternally grateful for. He's since moved his streaming over to Kick where he is regularly live.
