Army Veteran Steven served in the Military in the early 2000s and is working on getting a 100% VA rating. He requested a Supply Crate so he could game with others cope with his mental health.
I’m an Iraqi freedom veteran. I ets’ed in 2004. I currently have 70% disability rating. I’m working with a representative from the American Legion to get 100%. I don’t get out much due to my PTSD. I feel online gaming might be a good way for me to end my pattern of isolation and depression.
PTSD often prevents those suffering from it from being able to go out and enjoy activities, contributing to isolation and worsening depression. The great thing about video games, is that Veterans can game online with other people without leaving the house. Some games also help people take their mind off their struggles and process things so they can get through it.

We hope by sending a new console to Steven he can get away from his own mind for a bit and connect with other gamers.
This will make it easier to connect with fellow veterans online since I have a hard time getting out of the house with my ptsd
Good luck, Steven! We hope the console will bring you plenty of joy.
