Supply Crate – Nathan

Army Veteran Nathan requested a Supply Crate so that he could stay in touch with his fellow Veterans through gaming and he hopes it'll help him cope with his PTSD.
I served proudly in the U.S. Army and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan during my time in service. Throughout those deployments, I faced many challenges that tested me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Unfortunately, I sustained combat-related injuries that led to a medical discharge, and I’ve been managing PTSD ever since.------Transitioning back to civilian life hasn’t been easy, but gaming has become one of the most powerful tools in my recovery. It gives me a safe space to decompress, stay connected with others, and escape some of the weight that comes with PTSD. It’s more than just entertainment—it’s therapy, community, and a way to stay grounded.------A Supply Crate from Stack Up would be a huge boost, not just for me, but for the fellow veterans I stay in touch with through online gaming. It would help me continue building positive connections and maintaining mental resilience. I’m incredibly grateful for programs like this that understand what we’re going through and offer real support where it matters.------Thank you for considering me. I’m proud of my service, and I’m even more grateful for organizations like Stack Up that continue to have our backs long after the battlefield.
Thanks so much for the kind words, Nathan! We do our best to make Veterans and Active Duty servicemembers smile with something as simple as a new gaming console. We hope that by sending you a console, this will put a smile on your face and help you on those rough days by distracting you, or connecting you with your friends.
I received the package and have attached some pictures to this email.
By receiving this package I am able to find a way to find a way to escape some of the issues that I face. I have received the PS5. With multiple games, a collectable assassin's creed gauntlet, a comic and some board games I can play with my family. This will also allow me to get closer to my kids by giving us the ability to share some hobby and fund games we will love to finish together. I really want to thank Sturgie Pooh, he was apart of this. I have also watch a few of his streams and enjoyed it.
I really want to thank everyone involved because you have given me a chance start to heal in another avenue.
Thanks for checking out the sponsor too, Nathan! We're glad we could sent plenty of other fun goodies along with the console.

Sturgie_Pooh is a former long haul trucker who spends his time playing and streaming games now that he is medically retired. He's been supporting Stack Up for quite some time and we're glad to have his support. Check out his streams of World of Tanks, REPO, ICARUS and more on Twitch.
The clock is ticking. Want to support Stack Up? Put in a last minute fundraising stream or donate right away on our Tiltify page which can be reached by hitting the button below. We have until December 31st to reach our $600k goal. Let's hit it.
