Navy Veteran Jonathan requested a Supply Crate after learning about us through a Veteran Employment Counselor.
I recently was engaged with a Veteran's Employment Counselor and she asked me what some of my hobbies were. I told her that I used to really enjoy gaming with my friends but recently have lost that ability due to my friend no longer being allowed to game with me (his wife doesnt want violent video games around the children) and the cost of the new consoles and games. I really enjoyed playing the call of duty franchise, specifically Nazi Zombies on PlayStation. She suggested me to you as a way to bring me some joy. I am a couple of years behind in the gaming world but I enjoy playing on steam. I have a PS4 as my highest console. I miss gaming with my friend and I really enjoyed the bonding time. I am currently going through a hard patch with both employment and personal issues that have arrived to to having a house fire a couple of years ago. I am missing comradeship and don't have any friends right now who are willing to game with me. I am trying to meet friends by attending the peer support group provided by Wounded Warrior. If I had a modern console I would try to share my gaming experience with my wife.
We're deep into the next generation of gaming and consoles so getting a PS5 would be a fantastic upgrade for Jonathan, especially to get into the latest games. Hopefully with the new console, he'll be able to connect with other Veterans, make new friends, and clear his head in the meantime.

I got my package today. After what seemed like the longest day ever it came! I am so excited for a Playstation 5. I was praying it would be a ps5 but I said to myself I would be thankful for what came! It really means alot to me because I wanted a ps5 so I could hang out with my friend online.
I am just beyond excited
Have fun gaming and make plenty more friends, Jonathan.

When he streams from his own Twitch channel, he plays a variety of games, but often checks out the latest in Escape from Tarkov. Check out his channel: Twitch.tv/aphazia
