Supply Crate – John

John is serving in the Army and reached out to Stack Up about getting a Supply Crate previously. He's active overseas and wanted a console to help his team relax.

I tried reaching out to y'all last year. I didn't get a response back but I'm sure your team is working hard to help out everyone you can. I did a turn n burn and I'm back out in theater. Out here with a 5 man team in a country that starts with S and ends with A. This location is less built up then my last one. We are working hard to bring a network up out here and the boys were unable to bring out any of their game consoles due to some new regs. The team was able to acquire a small TV and I know they would like to have way to kick back at the end of the day and they enjoy their shooter games. Let me know if yall need any more info or photos and I'll send em your way. I'm hoping yall can get that Steam Deck out for me this time.

With anywhere from triple to quadruple and even one year, 10x more requests than we can refill in a year, we sometimes have to prioritize some requests over others. In John's case, we had to prioritize some other Supply Crate requests sent to us, but we're glad he decided to reach out again. Now, while we aren't quite sending out Steam Decks at this time, we are sending out PS5s and after checking in with John, he was glad to receive one.

Thanks a million for the care package! The Team has already been putting in some good hours on the Playstation you and your wonderful Team sent us! This is by far the best care package we have received out here and it’s unbelievable that you guys are able to pull it off getting stuff like this out here. I look forward to working with you guys in the future! I’ve attached a couple photos for you all to use for your program advertising.
