Army Veteran Diamond requested a Supply Crate so that she could get a new console to replace their PS4.
I'm a single mother of 2 and a disabled veteran. I spend my days online homeschooling my kids, cooking, and sleeping. I don't have any friends and my family lives an hour away so we don't get to see them much since my car has been broken down. I used to love gaming with my kids and meeting new people. But since the last PS4 I had went out during a thunderstorm outage I haven't been able to play. Being on the game used to help with my Depression and my anxiety being around people. I could meet new people without actually having to be in a crowd or group. This supply crate would help me to be able to connect with other people that are like me and bond with my kids again.

It sounds like Diamond could use a brand new PS5! Staying home all the time can take a toll on one's mental health especially when a Veterans mental and physical state keep them from being able to go out very often. A game console can, indeed, help with connect people through gaming. We hope that by sending Diamond this care package, she can have a good time with her family and friends she makes through playing online.
I just received my package thank you so much. I can finally be able to find friends, and play with my kids. It's been so hard not being able to get out and do anything with my daily pain. My depression was so bad I just was going through motions. My son was so excited about the card he immediately wanted to play. This was such a blessing and joy to me and my kids we can play together and I connect with other people and veterans like me. I have also attached pictures to this email.
You are very welcome, Diamond. Game on!
