Supply Crate – Bo

Army Veteran Bo was nominated for a Supply Crate by someone who noticed his struggles and wanted to get him something to help him get back into gaming.

Good morning, the supply crate request is for Bo, an Army Cavalry Scout veteran who was deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. Due to multiple military injuries and disabilities, he is not able to do a lot of physical or outdoor hobbies, and has high anxiety when it comes to being in public and with crowds of people. He use to be an active gamer and had a lot of good friends he had met online, he fell into pretty hard times and had to sell his gaming consoles and games for money. He has desired to get back into gaming but due to the cost of gaming consoles, games and accessories, just does not have the money to purchase a system. I am making this request to hopefully find a way to provide these items to get him back into a hobby he loved and to be able to make those connections and friendships again. I appreciate you taking time to read this, and thank you for the opportunity to be able to help this veteran.

Consoles have been getting pricier and further out of reach for some folks, especially those who may be on fixed incomes as some Veterans are. Between bills and everyday costs, it can be really difficult to save up. Especially after having to sell their games and consoles to make ends meet. This is where we come in and help out!

We sent Bo a new PlayStation 5 and plenty of games so he could get right back to gaming. Bo did not send us a message reply but let us know he received the gaming care package.
