Developer: Aggro Crab
Publisher: Aggro Crab
Available on: PC (Steam)
I'll be honest, Aggro Crab is turning me into a real fan with their latest game releases. Their team up with Landfall on PEAK was a real hit with me. The game's style and potential for hilarious gameplay with friends made it a months-long joy at a difficult period of my life in 2025. Another Crab's Treasure has a great art style and is a fantastic RPG that's unique and frankly, special.
Crashout Crew is no exception to what this developer is proving: Unique ideas can turn into some pretty great games. And! They don't have to be expensive to provide hours of fun to players.

Let's Get Going, Crew!
In Crashout Crew, players are tasked with loading up a variety of cargo via their forklift onto cargo trucks. It's a pretty simple concept. The trucks arrive with their orders, players pick up the items specified, and then drop them off at the loading dock within a time limit. But what fun and challenge is a game without some hiccups? In this game, cargo ranges from beehives to chickens, bulls, barrels of gasoline, and much more.
Players begin with enough funds to buy at least 1 initial upgrade to start their game with. It's highly recommended to start with a shelf upgrade on levels with cargo that may run away. Otherwise, you might end up chasing around cargo and losing precious time to load up the next truck.
Money is earned through completing each round within a level, so more upgrades can be bought. Some rounds will offer a specific challenge that players have to wrestle with, which will earn more funds. These challenges range from the warehouse floors being iced over to literal meteors falling from the sky. Buying the right upgrade for the next challenge is key to ensuring a readiness to face anything Crashout Crew throws at you.
Crashout Crew has several different levels, and it's well worth playing through each of them with friends or while flying solo if looking for a challenge.
I'm Going to Crash TF Out!
Careful with your cargo! All it takes is one good bump, and you'll send your cargo flying, and it may just explode. Just like your character will explode if you bump into too many objects or other players. Crew members can also get overheated, and the variety of challenge obstacles will send them into a crashout. During a crashout, the crew member affected will drive out of control and bump into anything and everything and everyone! Which can also cause a chain of crashouts. It's quite hilarious, especially if you have a friend who isn't always looking out.
Just be sure to keep an eye on that crashout meter, and you'll make it through okay. Or don't, you can do whatever you want.
Some other fun gameplay comes from the items meant to help get through a level. Supplies include scrubbers, a teleporter (second teleporter not included!), grabby hands, fans, and a variety of helpful items that can become a hindrance with the right or wrong player.

Another neat little thing the game has is the ability to scroll TipTap, a video-scrolling app reminiscent of TikTok. Players can scroll through the assortment of random videos and share them with each other. It's a neat activity players can do while idling in the lobby and the break room. There are also some other activities provided in the break room, so if you've got a friend who needs to run to the bathroom, you can still have some fun while they're away.
Crashing out in Style
The overall aesthetic of Crashout Crew is very reminiscent of PEAK with colored character options and cute, earnable headgear. It's a very colorful and fun style and really works well for this kind of game. The audio suits the overall game's aesthetic without being overbearing, which is necessary in a game that can get overstimulating when everyone is yelling over each other and crashing out.

Are You Controller Ready?
A controller is recommended for Crashout Crew, though players can still use a mouse and keyboard. In my opinion, keyboard plays a bit stiff and awkward, and in Crashout Crew, you need to have more fluid movement when drifting corners and trying to rush orders around.
Options include turning off and on depth of field, bloom, ambient occlusion, UI wobble, and keyboard rebinding. Overall, some pretty basic but good options; however, my friends and I quickly noted in a level that colorblind players might struggle with differentiating some cargo. Aggro Crab realized this and is already working on addressing it. It's always great to see a developer listen to players and work to fix it.
Another Great Game, Solo or with a Crew!
I really enjoyed Crashout Crew, and I look forward to playing more with my group of gaming pals! It's also a great game for playing solo, so if you're worried about not always having a friend to play with, you can still take on the challenge of fulfilling orders solo. It's not more or less difficult solo, and it's a great way to practice. The game is also low-cost at a price tag of $7.99 USD, so if you're looking for more fun, low-cost games, this one is a good one!
CRASHOUT CREW IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
