Supply Crate – Michael

Care packages sent out to deployed units and Veterans often consist of things like socks and personal hygiene products and not-as-fun stuff like that. While those take care of the body, it helps to have things that take care of the mind by providing a fun escape, like video games. Today's Supply Crate update comes from Michael, a Navy Veteran who sought out a Supply Crate to do that very thing.

Hello. I am a 100% disabled veteran. I have a hard time going places and am stuck in my home a lot. I find that pc games help with the feeling of isolation and can make me feel like I am not alone.

There is so much to do in video games, whether playing alone or with other people. Michael mentioned to us that he has a son, and getting the chance to play with him and enjoy games together has been great.

Thank you very much. I can't tell you how much this means to me. I will be able to sit down and have fun with my 12 yr old son. we both are having a blast playing Mario Cart. Thank you. 😊

There are plenty of games to enjoy on the Nintendo Switch with family.
