SUPPLY CRATE – HOLIDAY CHEER 11
Time to check in with another Supply Crate we recently deployed downrange. This request came to us from Casey stationed in Iraq.
I’m a HH-60M Blackhawk Crew Chief currently fulfilling a Medevac deployment in Iraq. Our unit’s mission is to provide area medical evacuation support for coalition forces operating in our area of responsibility. Our unit operates in 24hr on call shifts, meaning we spend 24hrs on call at the flight line to perform Medevac missions, then we have 24hrs off.
It would be a great morale boost if we had something to fill the void during missions while the crews are resting in our common area.
Well Casey, that certainly sounds like a heck of a shift rotation you and your crew work through. We can certainly see how having some gaming fun on hand can help with the downtime and alleviate the stress.
We, of course, went to work filling a crate with all kinds of gaming goodness for Casey and his fellow servicemembers. We then sent it downrange and waited for the response. Casey was awesome enough to send us a pic back and these words of thanks!
“The supply crate came in a few days ago and the team loves it. It took a little bit to download the updates for it because of our internet situation but we figured it out haha. Thank you so much, it was a huge morale boost and the only time it isn’t in use is when the team is asleep. Thank you again!”
Thank you, Casey and the rest of your unit for all of your hard work and sacrifice. We here at Stack-Up hope that the Supply Crate helps keep that morale up during your downtime!
If you’d like to make a donation that gets sent over to our troops as a Supply Crate, Stack-Up takes lightly used PS4, and Xbox One games and gear as well as cash donations. Please help us help these vets out here:
